Job Summary

Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician to fill a locum position in San Antonio, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients presenting to the emergency department.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute medical conditions and injuries.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and implement life-saving interventions as needed.

Requirements:

  • MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
  • Active Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one.
  • ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
