As a Senior Healthcare Outreach Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving our mission by developing and executing a productive sales plan that generates leads, builds relationships with community partners, and cultivates a strong network of referral sources.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing events in the community to attract seniors and drive sales leads
  • Nurturing relationships with senior citizens, local community partners, contracted health plan agents, and independent brokers
  • Cultivating solid relationships with senior housing leaders, senior recreation centers, and local churches
  • Educating potential patients on our services at local events and through health agents, introducing them to our PCPs and staff
  • Delivering highest level of sales and customer service to prospects, patients, health agents, and community partners

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
