Senior IT Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze and design comprehensive processes to address various operational needs, creating, enhancing, documenting, and validating operationally driven technology solutions.

• Design and execute solutions that meet strategic objectives
• Provide technical support for hardware, server maintenance, network maintenance, and software to employees and guests
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers to ensure they are in working order
• Audior visual setups and tear downs
• Develop and maintain relationships with departments and external contacts as appropriate
• Participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts, end-of-lease upgrades, and critical projects to maintain technology readiness within the organization
• Manage routine and special projects requiring oversight of other departments' work and coordination of various functions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant certifications and experience
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
• Experience in hospitality preferred, but those with relevant experience in other industries may be considered
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, forge strong interpersonal relationships, and effectively approach problem-solving
• Excellent project management, planning, communication, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Salary: Estimated $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
