Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans and providing support to families. If you are passionate about working with children, providing personalized care, and making a difference, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of ABA.
  • Provide 1:1 care to children in their homes, focusing on communication, leisure and independent play, social skills, and daily living skills.
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and support client development.
  • Manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the clinical team regarding client progress.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, fostering collaborative relationships.
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher.
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
