Human Resources Specialist

Coilcraft, a leading manufacturer of high-quality passive electronic components, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our recruitment and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the organization of career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting activities as needed.
EHS:
- Support EHS compliance initiatives by assisting with inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Maintain EHS documentation and records, ensuring they are current and accessible.
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with EHS officers to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance.
- Participate in EHS committee meetings and contribute to discussions on safety improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices is a plus.
