Position Summary

As a member of our team, you will be part of a group of professionals who do more than just rebuild -- they restore.

This position is a hands-on role that requires a front-line leader to oversee the company's initiatives in supporting clients after disasters impact their homes and businesses. The Lead Technician/Project Manager is responsible for inspecting new projects, determining the planned course of action, communicating it to the team, monitoring project progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track while meeting required standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with company protocols and standards, ensuring quality control, and supervising assigned technicians.
  • Prepare sketches and scope sheets for estimates, complete drying records using mobile applications; provide comprehensive and accurate scope, sketches, drying logs, photo documentation, and customer contracts to estimator/coordinator team members.
  • Engage with insurance adjusters in person, via phone, and virtually to address issues and answer inquiries regarding the loss as necessary.
  • Manage work orders effectively, ensuring that the appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded onto the vehicle for each job, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • May provide training to new technicians or key operational and sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading, training, or managing personnel in previous roles.
  • Exemplify our customer service standards with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, etc.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Incumbent must be prepared to:
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently.
  • Wear respirators and safety gear when job conditions necessitate.
