About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our team at Orlando Health, Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to make a meaningful contribution to the field of pediatric ophthalmology and improve the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex surgical procedures, including corrective and advanced surgeries, and diagnose and treat pediatric eye diseases.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with strabismus, amblyopia, and other pediatric ophthalmic conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Residency and fellowship training in Ophthalmology and Pediatric Ophthalmology.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO).
  • FL medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA.
