Fogelman is a leading provider of multi-family housing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at 15Seventy Chesterfield, a 489-unit community in the Chesterfield area of St. Louis.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and showcasing the community's amenities.
• Conduct tours of available apartments, highlighting the benefits of living at 15Seventy Chesterfield.
• Process applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the leasing process.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the community and attract new residents.
• Host resident events and maintain positive relationships with current residents.

• 1+ year of experience in leasing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of property management software and marketing platforms.
