Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This full-time position is responsible for providing essential speech and language services to students in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy strategies.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.
Requirements
  • Must hold an active SLP license in California.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite school environment.
  • Commitment to supporting students' communication development and academic success.
