Job Summary

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for preparing patients, performing imaging procedures, and operating imaging equipment under the direction of radiologists and other healthcare providers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate and high-quality diagnostic studies, adhering to organizational customer service standards, and supporting excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Operate imaging equipment, including MRI, CT, and X-ray machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and protocols, utilizing radiation protection measures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Perform ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as necessary
Requirements
  • Current clinical experience in multiple imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, and X-ray
  • ARRT registration and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer
  • Advanced certification in applicable modalities, such as Bone Densitometry, CT, and MRI
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent
