Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a virtual therapist, you will provide speech-language pathology services to students via online platforms, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Provide Comprehensive Services:**
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions using a range of tools and resources to enhance students' communication skills.
  • **Collaborate with Educators and Parents:**
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address students' communication and educational needs.
  • **Maintain Accurate Records:**
  • Document each session and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
  • **Ensure Compliance:**
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • **Education and Licensure:**
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Georgia SLP license (CCCs).
  • Active Georgia teaching license (preferred).
  • **Experience and Skills:**
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet speed.
