Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services within a school environment in Flushing, MI. This position involves working with students from grades K-12 during the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect services to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student learning and development
- Assess and evaluate student progress, making recommendations for continued support or services
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Active or pending state Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
- Ability to provide direct and indirect services with guaranteed hours
