OB/GYN Hospitalist - Inpatient Care

Position Overview:

Adeliphi Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is an ongoing opportunity for a dedicated physician to provide comprehensive inpatient care to expectant mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical management of pregnant patients admitted to the hospital, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, midwives, and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Attend deliveries and provide immediate post-partum care.
  • Manage acute gynecological conditions and perform surgical procedures as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications
  • Active California medical license.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Proven experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist, preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
