We are seeking a highly skilled Record Management Specialist to join our team in San Carlos, California office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Electronic Document Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in similar positions, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsibilities include printing and distributing documents, scanning and uploading documents, collecting and registering technical documents, and maintaining confidentiality.

We require a team player with basic knowledge of labor and corporate law. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining record retention timelines, reviewing and updating technical documents, and distributing project-related copies to internal teams.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Auriga Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
