Urogynecologist Job Description

Corewell Health is seeking a highly skilled Urogynecologist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Urogynecologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with urogynecological disorders, including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat urogynecological disorders using a variety of techniques, including pelvic exams, imaging studies, and surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with urogynecological disorders, including medication, physical therapy, and surgery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, obstetricians, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in urogynecology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Urogynecology or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Urogynecology or a related field.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Michigan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
