Primary Care Opportunity with Praxis Health

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Praxis Health in Vancouver, WA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time day workweek position in an outpatient Primary Care clinic. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient Primary Care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $180,000/year
