Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' progress towards wellness and recovery.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Minimum of one-year psychiatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Active RN License and good standing within CA.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
