Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator - Infant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, communicate with parents through various channels, and support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages children to explore and discover new concepts.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which serves as the framework for creating engaging lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through mobile apps, personal discussions, and other channels to share their child's latest adventures and achievements.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for each child, adhering to state-specific guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.
  • A High School Diploma or GED, with college-level ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and lesson planning experience.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification, with a strong desire to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children.
  • Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
Compensation

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
