Job Summary
Western Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physician to join our team in Oneida, Tennessee. As a Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to COPD, cardiac issues, and other acute conditions.
- Work collaboratively with hospitalists to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years of post-medical school training in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patients.
