Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff schedules, training, and development to ensure seamless operation of the store.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
