Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary school in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young students in their communication and language development, and possess the skills to create engaging, effective therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid North Carolina SLP license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
