- Collaborative team environment featuring 2 MDs and 6 CRNAs, all practicing autonomously without supervision - CRNAs participate in the on-call rotation.
- Diverse surgical case mix including Orthopedics, Obstetrics, General Surgery, and Cardiac, with an average of 2-3 cardiac cases weekly.
- State-of-the-art facility equipped with 5 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, an electrophysiology lab, and a dedicated C-section room.
- Attractive compensation structure with potential earnings exceeding $750,000 annually, including a base salary of $630,000, comprehensive benefits, 8 weeks of paid time off, continuing medical education opportunities, and more.
- Generous sign-on bonus of $150,000.
