Respiratory Therapist

Ascension Providence, a leading healthcare provider in Waco, Texas, is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our respiratory team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring and evaluating patient progress. Additionally, they will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients and families to address their concerns and needs.

• BLS Provider certification required within one month of hire date.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program required prior to hire date.
• Respiratory Therapist specialization in Registered from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required prior to hire date.
• High School diploma or equivalent with two years of cumulative experience, Associate's degree or Technical degree, or four years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
