Senior Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Texas.

The successful candidate will lead our microbiology medical technologist team and provide guidance on laboratory procedures, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage the microbiology medical technologist team to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Supervisor in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA, CAP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
