Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Specialist to join our ICU team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. As a Medical Surgical Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
