Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at Ingram Park Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, executing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
  • Assist with product launch changes and deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience
  • Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Meets physical requirements
