Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumber - Leak Detection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing electronic water leak detections and plumbing repairs on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform leak detection on interior and exterior residential and commercial properties using advanced technology and proprietary methods.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing and drain systems and fixtures.
• Read and review blueprints and as-builts with a strong understanding of the Florida Plumbing Code.
• Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers to provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Work outdoors and away from the office, often in a variety of conditions.
• Master underground line tracking, video, ultrasonic, and infrared technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing and drain repair, with extensive knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and as-builts.
• Strong understanding of the Florida Plumbing Code.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sewer inspection cameras and other advanced technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
