Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bowling Lane Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stars and Strikes. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the lanes, pinsetters, and other equipment are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pinsetter machines
  • Oil lanes and buff approaches to maintain optimal playing conditions
  • Clean and maintain the proper condition of lanes, approaches, pin decks, kickbacks, and ball returns
  • Perform other minor repairs to the facility as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools and building maintenance
  • Ability to complete physical duties and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
