Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate automated manufacturing machinery in accordance with established protocols.
- Execute precision soldering tasks with high accuracy.
- Utilize a microscope for the assembly and inspection of minute components.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify that products comply with quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Record production activities and communicate any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Effectively manage small components during assembly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient soldering skills and capability to work with small components.

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
