Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or eligibility to test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare (desired)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
