We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Life Enrichment Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resident interests and develop personalized Life Skills programs that promote engagement and enjoyment.
  • Design and implement Life Skills activities that cater to each resident's unique needs and abilities.
  • Engage residents in Life Skills activities throughout the day and evening, promoting socialization and a sense of purpose.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies and materials.
  • As applicable, assist residents with daily care of animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program.
Requirements
  • One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certification(s) may be required per state regulations.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage residents, with knowledge of adapting Life Skills to cognitive and functional abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate volunteers and fellow team members to engage residents in meaningful activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication, with ability to make responsible choices and decisions.
