As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your key responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
- Create, implement, and evaluate care plans, adjusting as needed to reach desired outcomes
- Build relationships, manage discomfort, and maintain professionalism in therapeutic connections with patients and families
- Help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices
- Work with colleagues and community to create a care plan, delegate tasks carefully, and follow up promptly
- Use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff, recognizing limitations and prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study: nursing
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
