Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient specimens and provide accurate results.
- Maintain records of patient test results and ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures.
- Follow established quality control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in highly complex testing.
- National certification as an MT/MLT from a recognized organization (ASCP or AMT).
- Ability to establish work priorities and handle multiple procedures simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
