Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using various modalities, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scans.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including adjusting settings and monitoring images in real-time.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Current certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM, and Tech Cert Verification.
  • Ability to work a mix of 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts, including on-call coverage and Saturday shifts.
  • Epic experience within the last 12 months.
