Kaiser Permanente is in search of a Pharmacy Operations Lead to oversee critical functions within our pharmacy services.
Job Responsibilities
This role is primarily focused on delivering comprehensive support to address intricate issues. The incumbent will:
- Provide first, second, and third level assistance to resolve challenging problems.
- Coordinate the establishment and upkeep of IT systems.
- Engage with external hardware and software vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Additionally, the position entails:
- Completing assignments and contributing to business-specific initiatives by leveraging expertise in the relevant field.
- Ensuring adherence to all operational procedures and policies.
- Escalating high-priority issues or risks as necessary.
- Building and nurturing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Actively seeking and responding to performance feedback.
Support Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Operations Lead will also:
- Provide first and second level support for complex and sensitive issues related to products and applications.
- Meet established customer service standards.
- Identify intricate problems and escalate them to senior staff for prioritization.
- Facilitate efforts to achieve key performance indicators, including performance, availability, and capacity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field.
- A minimum of six (6) years of IT experience in a support or operations environment. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
