Position Overview

Nutritional Support Assistant - Flexible Schedule

Evening Shift - 4 PM to 8 PM

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in various dietary operations as instructed and in alignment with established dietary guidelines and protocols. This includes preparing and serving breakfast, snacks, and lunch to all participants according to dietary specifications under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian (RD) and the Food Service Manager. Additionally, the role entails ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the serving kitchen and related equipment.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in dietary services within a healthcare setting, along with a foundational understanding of health and nutrition, is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with team members and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are crucial.
  • Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the capability to adhere to time-sensitive tasks.
