Physical Therapist Assistant

Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and caring Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a PTA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality physical therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Screen patients and document progress toward identified objectives
Administer physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
Conduct patient and family education
Deliver quality physical therapy services
Requirements:
State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Professional or student Physical Therapist Assistant experience
Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
