Job Summary

Partners For Quality is seeking a qualified Community Living Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated amount of homes, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality of care provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of residential homes, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensure compliance with CCI Policies and Procedures, as well as 6400 Regulations and ODP Medication Administration guidelines
  • Focus on The Council on Quality and Leadership's Quality Measures
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of homes, as well as vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate and monitor individual finances, and communicate effectively at all levels

  3. Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as excellent references
  4. A valid PA, Ohio, or West Virginia driver's license

Compensation

USD $40,000.00/Yr. - USD $45,000.00/Yr.
