Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering. A master's degree is preferred.
  • A good understanding of electronic device operation and manufacturing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • 5-10 year experience in the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
