Travel Nurse RN Opportunity in Marquette, Michigan

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Marquette, Michigan. This opportunity is for a 13-week assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a reputable hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU environment. The role involves working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, including nights. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate RN who is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- At least 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
