Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in [INSERT STATE OF OFFICE] and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation

Physical Requirements
