Quality Control Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC.

About the Role:

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all units manufactured meet the required standards and specifications. This includes inspecting and testing products, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards
  2. Identify and document defects or irregularities
  3. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues
  4. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  6. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
