As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to residents, guests, prospective tenants, vendors, and all visitors to our properties.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet all individuals entering the premises warmly, including residents, potential residents, and their guests.
  • Inform residents of any guests arriving for them.
  • Assist residents, visitors, and contractors with elevator access to their designated floors as necessary.
  • Manage phone inquiries during off-hours and take detailed messages.
  • Track and manage keys issued to vendors and residents.
  • Assist residents with the disposal of oversized trash items.
  • Deliver newspapers and other important information to residents.
  • Hold and manage mail for residents who are away, as well as track and distribute packages and dry cleaning.
  • Address resident concerns regarding noise and communicate these issues to management through incident reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, reception area, restrooms, coffee station, elevators, and elevator lobbies as required.
  • Receive maintenance requests and contact maintenance staff for urgent issues.
  • Handle leasing inquiries from walk-ins and phone calls, providing information and materials to prospective residents when the office is closed. Relay contact details of interested prospects to office personnel.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Hours:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, totaling 32 hours per week.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 6 months in a customer service role.

Required Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Professional appearance and demeanor are required.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily an office setting.
  • May be exposed to cleaning agents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals.
  • Evening and weekend shifts may be necessary.
Salary Range Information:

The salary range indicated reflects the targeted base pay for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
