Direct Service Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Service Worker to join our team at Advocates. As a Direct Service Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling to program residents.
- Assist with medication management, finances, and community integration.
- Document progress towards treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team.
- Participate in crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with one year of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and coaching skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to utilize basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
