Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high-quality care.
  • Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
  • Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
