As an Occupational Therapist with Reliant Rehabilitation, you will provide occupational therapy and related services to patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening and evaluation of patients
- Development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care
- Discharge planning
- Supervision of assistants and rehab techs
- Case management responsibilities
