Key Responsibilities

Assist outside sales representatives in preparing estimates and tracking job progression for customers

Provide accurate material estimates based on information provided by the outside sales representatives

Daily adherence to operational procedures for activities such as order processing, customer excellence, billing, deliveries, and more

Assist outside sales representatives and keep them and customers apprised of revised information on products or merchandise such as product capability, availability, pricing, credit, warranties, and shipping

Anticipate and resolve problems timely and accurately

Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasize salable features

Provide estimates of date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules and expedite deliveries when necessary

Enter pertinent information into CRM based on activities

Requirements

Fluent in various manufacturer quoting programs

Experience a plus

Must be proficient in Excel and MS office

Willing to train candidate with industry experience or comparable education
