  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • VA License and current BCLS certification
  • 2 years of experience in telemetry and progressive care
  • IV Start and Tele experience required
  • Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred

Unit Details:

  • 26-bed unit with a 3-4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
  • Average census of 22 patients per day
  • VCU Medical Center is a 600+ bed facility with a reputation for excellence in nursing and patient care
