We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures, including conducting regular safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store.

Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects. You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
