The Texas A&M University System is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach two courses in Business Law. This part-time, non-tenure track position will require the successful candidate to teach, mentor students, and adhere to the University's standards in teaching, research, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach up to two courses in Business Law, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote learning.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records, post grades, and submit attendance reporting in a timely manner.

  • Mentor students, providing guidance and support to ensure their academic success.

  • Establish and maintain office hours to meet with students, respond to their inquiries, and provide feedback.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department head, including participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of curriculum.

Required Qualifications:

  • A J.D. degree from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of teaching experience at a four-year college or university is preferred.

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

  • The ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others is crucial.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
